1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the EduPro ERP platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, EduPro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ERP services solely for your internal educational institution operations. You shall not modify, copy, or attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the platform.
3. Data Privacy & Security
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We maintain strict security protocols to protect student and institutional data, however, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
Institutional Compliance
EduPro ERP is fully compliant with the Data Protection Act and international educational standards. We sign specific Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with each institution upon full enrollment.
