Terms of Service

By accessing or using the EduPro ERP platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, EduPro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ERP services solely for your internal educational institution operations. You shall not modify, copy, or attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the platform.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We maintain strict security protocols to protect student and institutional data, however, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Schools subscribe to one of three packages, billed per learner per term: • Essentials: KES 50 per learner per term, minimum KES 7,500 per term. • Standard: KES 75 per learner per term, minimum KES 15,000 per term. • Enterprise: KES 150 per learner per term, minimum KES 35,000 per term. The number of learners billed is counted once per term, when the term invoice is generated (the census). Learners who join later in the term are billed from the next term. Paying for a full year in advance takes 15% off. Your rate per learner stays fixed for 2 years from the start of your subscription. Published prices may change for new schools, never for an existing rate before its 2 years are up.

New schools start with one free pilot term of the Standard package. A one-off setup fee of KES 10,000 covers onboarding and data migration. It is invoiced at the start, including for the pilot term, and is payable once. If the setup invoice is not paid by its due date, access pauses until it is. When the pilot term ends, the school moves to the Standard package and receives its first term invoice. It can choose a different package at any time. If the school decides not to continue, it may export its data.

SMS messages to parents and staff are paid for separately with prepaid credits, at about KES 1 per credit. A long message or one with special characters may use more than one credit. Credits are bought in advance and are not refundable. Messages are not sent once credits run out.

Invoices are due within 14 days. If an invoice is still unpaid after that, access is limited to the billing page until it is paid. We never delete a school’s data because of late payment, and we will provide an export on request while the account is paused. Your school owns its data. You can export it at any time, and on request we will hand over a full export if you leave EduPro.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
