What counts as an active learner?
Any learner enrolled in your institution during the billing term. Archived, transferred, or graduated learners aren't counted.
Are there any other fees?
No. The KES 150 per learner per term price is everything — all modules, unlimited staff, support, backups, and updates. No setup fees, no add-on charges.
When am I billed?
At the start of each term. Your bill is calculated from your active learner count on the first day of the term, so you only pay for who you actually have.
What if my learner count changes mid-term?
We don't pro-rate within a term. Your bill is locked at the start, regardless of mid-term enrolments or transfers. The next term reflects the updated count.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — your first 30 days are completely free. No credit card required to start. You only pay starting from your first full term on the platform.
